Why us?

Which Church?

With so many churches around, it’s natural to ask: “Which one should I attend?” That’s an important question—one worth answering carefully. To help you decide, here’s what we believe and what makes our fellowship unique.

Our Foundation: The Bible

We believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God. Everything we teach comes from Scripture—nothing added, nothing taken away.

2 Timothy 3:16–17 tells us that all Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for:

  • Doctrine — teaching us how to live as God desires

  • Reproof — revealing what’s wrong in our lives

  • Correction — helping us remove error

  • Instruction in righteousness — guiding us into a life that honors God

When we follow these principles, God shapes us into people who live out good works and godly character.

Beyond Tradition

You might wonder, “Don’t all churches believe the Bible?” The Bible itself teaches that Scripture is not open to private interpretation (2 Peter 1:20–21). God moved holy men to speak by the Holy Ghost, meaning the Word carries one truth—not many conflicting versions.

In Jesus’ day, the religious leaders claimed to follow Moses’ Law, yet Jesus rebuked them for elevating tradition above God’s Word.

Mark 7:7–13 shows Jesus calling out traditions that made God’s Word ineffective.

Our desire is simple: Lay aside tradition and focus on what God actually says. We want to know His voice, not the opinions of men.

Is That All?

Not at all.

We believe Jesus Christ is just as active today as He was 2,000 years ago. We believe He still:

  • Delivers people from addiction and bondage

  • Heals sickness and restores lives

  • Works miracles—opening blind eyes, strengthening the lame, restoring hearing, and more

Jesus has not changed. His power has not changed. His love has not changed.

Who We Are

We are a fellowship that:

  • Builds everything on the Bible

  • Believes God still transforms lives

  • Welcomes anyone who wants to grow, learn, or simply explore what Scripture truly teaches
